Our wet chemical inline process can etch customized micro-components with the highest precision. The most commonly metal used in the chemical etching is stainless steel.

Iron-nickel alloys (eg Invar), aluminum, copper, metal-plastic laminates and clad materials can also be etched.

Compared to alternative methods, Micrometal industrial etching can achieve fine structures, tight tolerances and high volumes while maintaining the material properties.

Typical photo etched metal parts are filters, screens, grids, pins, contacts, diffusers, implants, leadframes, encoder discs, technical springs and functional surfaces.
